Our Award Winning Client seeks a talented Senior Product Manager – Drives to join their team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation assistance is available for candidates residing in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing efforts for new product development and customer conversions
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and develop solutions using data and digital capabilities
  • Manage product line strategic plan and roadmap
  • Achieve financial targets for sales and margin
  • Develop and maintain technical and commercial literature
  • Provide direction to global development engineers
  • Collaborate with sales organization to drive distributor programs
  • Stay informed about competitive products and go-to-market strategies
  • Prepare operational reports and forecasts
  • Represent the product line at conferences and sales events

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing or sales with low voltage variable frequency drives products or motor control
  • Ability to work with large datasets and resolve complex challenges
  • Experience with digital products, recurring revenue models, and/or Customer Success
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
