Remote Senior Technical Recruiter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization
Must be detail oriented and possess project management skills
Desire to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to complete a variety of tasks and projects with a sense of urgency
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
5 years of experience recruiting in a federal contracting environment for both funded and contingent opportunities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Task and deadline-driven mentality
Demonstrate experience in staffing programs requiring highly cleared professionals.
Demonstrate successful complex sourcing techniques to identify difficult-to-find or limited availability skill sets.
Experience conducting complex salary negotiations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
Up to 10% travel during the year
Responsibilities
Managing multiple requisitions at any given time; formatting and posting optimized job descriptions
Determining and implementing sourcing strategies; identifying, screening, extending offers and assisting through the on boarding of new personnel
Evaluate and screen potential hires and assist them through the interview and hiring process.
Develop social media and organize event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals.
Defines skill needs and builds talent pools for improved hiring and retention
Document interactions, outreach, and screening results
Assemble compliant, complete candidate profile information for hiring manager review
Build and maintain a network of active candidates while developing an ongoing relationship and dialogue.
Comfortable with reporting to executive leadership
Recruit qualified candidates for immediate and contingent positions to, include hard-to-fill positions
High-volume candidate screening and closing for full-time and contingent offers
Coordinate phone and in-person interviews with hiring managers/decision-makers
Incorporate sourcing techniques to generate candidates: Boolean search, social media, job fairs/hiring events, job board searches, employee referrals, use of internal/external resume databases
Demonstrated hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques
Customer service and relationship-building skills
