Our client, an industry leader with numerous accolades, is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:

Job Title: Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities for enhancement in manufacturing processes, devising action plans for increased efficiency, reduced waste, and optimized material utilization.
  2. Provide problem-solving assistance for machine and process-related challenges, implementing corrective measures to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
  3. Manage tooling and dies to optimize machine performance and address tooling-related concerns.
  4. Evaluate machine guarding systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  5. Validate and analyze data from the Connected Factory to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
  6. Leverage data analysis and statistical tools to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  7. Support change management activities related to process adjustments, equipment upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
  8. Collaborate with the product development team to assist in the design and implementation of new products and process modifications, creating a comprehensive project plan for reliable and repeatable product launches.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial).
  2. 3 or more years of hands-on experience in process, operations, and/or maintenance engineering within an industrial setting.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
  6. Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement, requiring minimal supervision.
  7. Proven experience in the successful completion of projects.
  8. AutoCAD experience.
