Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Assist individuals with specialized communicative needs to optimize their abilities.
  • Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to coordinate services effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for billing purposes and compliance with regulations.
  • Organize and manage school programs, working collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct screenings, tests, and assessments to inform program development and implementation.
  • Supervise and mentor assistants and fellows pursuing professional certification.
  • Develop individualized education plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Plan and deliver therapy using evidence-based techniques and tools.
  • Effectively manage resources and facilities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Cultivate positive relationships and actively pursue professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from the relevant professional association.
  • A valid license from the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
