About the Role:

  • Play a vital role in the development of large-scale software applications.
  • Oversee the operation and support of production systems on a public cloud platform.
  • Lead the design and implementation of services with cloud-based technologies.
  • Architect end-to-end systems, emphasizing performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Utilize languages like Go, Java, React, and JavaScript for development.
  • Master data integration techniques.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout the entire development process.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones using collaboration tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in crafting large-scale software solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and supporting production systems on a public cloud like AWS (3-5 years).
  • Expertise in crafting services with cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in multiple Cloud PaaS technologies and in-depth knowledge of cloud-based offerings and orchestration solutions (e.g., AWS Step Function, Airflow).
  • Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in Go, Java, React, and JavaScript.
  • Adherence to high-quality coding practices with well-documented code.
  • Preferred experience in data-related domains and pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as SOX, PCI, HIPAA, and Data Protection.
  • Exceptional debugging and optimization skills.
  • Extensive experience in unit and integration testing.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing data solutions and data movement.
