Responsibilities and Duties

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Efficiently communicating with management, colleagues, and clientele through meetings, direct interactions, and written correspondences.
  2. Engaging in effective collaboration with the Project Manager and field supervisors on the client’s premises.
  3. Identifying and addressing equipment issues while handling project assessments and obtaining price quotes to support procurement processes.
  4. Executing both planned and unscheduled tasks with a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.
  5. Demonstrating your ability to convey complex communication and equipment maintenance information proficiently.
  6. Working closely with field supervisors to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  7. Performing routine maintenance on a wide array of environmental control systems.
  8. Responding promptly to system-related incidents, conducting system analysis, and effecting necessary repairs.
  9. Performing routine maintenance to prevent system emergencies.
  10. Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Desired Qualifications

  • Hold relevant certifications and licenses.
  • Possess a comprehensive grasp of environmental control system principles.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with current industry standards and practices.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Exhibit a sound understanding of maintenance, diagnosis, and repair principles.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education Requirements
