Responsibilities and Duties
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently communicating with management, colleagues, and clientele through meetings, direct interactions, and written correspondences.
- Engaging in effective collaboration with the Project Manager and field supervisors on the client’s premises.
- Identifying and addressing equipment issues while handling project assessments and obtaining price quotes to support procurement processes.
- Executing both planned and unscheduled tasks with a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrating your ability to convey complex communication and equipment maintenance information proficiently.
- Working closely with field supervisors to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Performing routine maintenance on a wide array of environmental control systems.
- Responding promptly to system-related incidents, conducting system analysis, and effecting necessary repairs.
- Performing routine maintenance to prevent system emergencies.
- Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Hold relevant certifications and licenses.
- Possess a comprehensive grasp of environmental control system principles.
- Demonstrate familiarity with current industry standards and practices.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Exhibit a sound understanding of maintenance, diagnosis, and repair principles.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education Requirements
