Who you are:
- Thrive on the thrill of proposal management, playing a critical role in acquiring and retaining business.
- Well-versed in presales and RFPs.
- Proficient in utilizing RFP automation tools.
- A collaborative leader who excels at guiding sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal standard methodologies.
- Humble, fearless, and passionate about defining and implementing the future vision of proposals within the company.
- A proposal warrior who is time, project, and detail-oriented.
- Respond to proposal requests in a high-volume environment, project managing each response and prioritizing the most strategic cases.
- Utilize proposal automation tools to efficiently customize boilerplate content to meet customers’ needs and tell the right story.
- Stay abreast of new proposal management best practices, project and service offerings, and competitive landscapes.
- Continuously improve knowledge and use of technologies and efficiencies to enhance processes.
- At least 18 years of age.

- PMP certification or experience with project management.
