As a leader, you will forge robust partnerships across the organization to ensure the execution of Supply Chain strategies aligned with the growth agenda. Your role involves leading, coaching, and developing multi-functional teams to identify best practices and enhancements, boosting Reliability, Productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness. How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to devise and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan, providing a competitive edge for our client.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals.
- Instigate strong governance for reviewing and controlling operational performance, implementing continuous improvement plans for optimal outcomes both internally and externally.
- Lead and ensure accountability for the Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, adherence to business continuity plans, and compliance with manufacturing standards and government regulations.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team, focusing on the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working, with an emphasis on zero breakdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.

- Substantial operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools, Safety, and GMP standards.
- Engineering background with financial acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance, manufacturing equipment, PM expertise, SAP PM module end-user knowledge, and Technology & Engineering automation basics.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Manager, you are directly responsible for enhancing the total uptime performance of the site’s Production and Utility assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Aggressively implementing and maintaining the plant Progressive Maintenance Improvement Plan and Roadmap aligned with plant/BU priorities.
- Proactively evaluating and leading the refinement of overall equipment reliability plans, strategies, equipment performance, and RCA effectiveness.
- Managing both production and facility/utility asset maintenance and infrastructure to ensure the most effective use of resources and funding.
- Cultivating a proactive Preventative/Proactive driven culture optimizing cost-effective maintenance and reliability for the line/plant.
- Coordinating production equipment and facility maintenance activities at the plant, including capital projects.
- Ensuring products are produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Who Is a Great Fit
- Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar Maintenance Leadership role.
- Previous experience with Proactive Maintenance and other TPM or related Integrated Lean Six Sigma reliability programs is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, technical manuals, specifications, and regulations.
- Demonstrates effective problem resolution skills combined with “big picture” awareness.
- Ability to engage with Government Authorities, Enforcement Agencies, Professional Associations, Business Schools/University, etc.
