Position Overview: Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Award-Winning Client’s financial operations. This includes providing cost accounting support to multiple manufacturing facilities, implementing streamlined financial processes, and conducting comprehensive financial analyses. The successful candidate will also be involved in driving cost reduction initiatives and working collaboratively with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full financial support for plant management.
  • Track detailed project capital and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Evolve into a multi-plant responsibility, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Review, analyze, and approve project and facility maintenance spend.
  • Prepare monthly forecasting and annual operating plans.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Assist in the development of plant BOMs, routings, and standards.
  • Collaborate with the BPS/IT team for system setup in SAP.
  • Reconcile related general ledger accounts.
  • Create and improve financial processes and procedures.
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to enable accurate business decisions.
  • Drive identification and realization of cost reduction and working capital opportunities.
  • Participate in plant/project procurement activities.
  • Take on additional assignments as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 7 years of finance/accounting experience, including 2 years in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process-focused with computer proficiency.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Moderate travel required (0 – 10 days per year).
  • Work environment is typical of an office setting.
