  • Efficiently manage a high-volume litigation docket.
  • Provide guidance and make legal decisions throughout the litigation process.
  • Apply relevant laws and statutes to enhance case potential.
  • Conduct depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
  • Draft and present motions in court.
  • Serve as First or Second Chair in trials.
  • Operate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Occasionally travel for trial or pre-trial requirements.

Experience Required:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • 7+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience as First or Second Chair in trials.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
