Responsibilities:

Lead a 34-bed Emergency Medicine unit with approximately 50,000 annual visits. Manage a high-functioning team responsible for over 70% of admissions, serving as the lifeblood of the hospital. Oversee a well-established PEM fellowship with 3 fellows per year, boasting a 100% fill rate. Collaborate with an exceptional Program Director and engaged core faculty. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a commitment to serving our high-needs community, addressing healthcare bias and inequalities. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience required.

Technical Skills:

  • Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.) and PA license or ability to obtain.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership accomplishments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focusing on team-building.
