Our Residency Program guides new graduate Nurses into practice, emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. The comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development, and unit orientation with preceptors specially trained in the chosen field. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to facilitate new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

- 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
- 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
- 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
- 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
- 32 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
- 32 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
- 36 hours per week, 12 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
- 36 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
- 36 hours per week, 12 Hour Day shift bonus eligible

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at the time of hire from authorized governing bodies.
Experience Requirements:
- Staff RN: 1 year Nursing Experience
- Fellow RN: 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire
- Resident RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in the area of specialty
