Position Summary:
Our prestigious client is seeking a dynamic and experienced RN House Supervisor to join their esteemed nursing leadership team. This full-time, onsite position offers paid relocation for qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Preferred educational background includes a BSN.
- Candidates should possess three (3) to five (5) years of progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Licensure requirement: Nevada RN License or eligibility to obtain.
- Mandatory certifications from the American Heart Association, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS; NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for determining, coordinating, and overseeing daily staffing assignments and levels within our client’s 75-bed hospital. Key duties include providing guidance, orienting new staff, and offering daily training, coaching, and mentorship. The role may require occasional fulfillment of staff responsibilities to meet service level requirements.
Work Schedule:
Primarily night shifts, with 12-hour rotations three times per week, including weekends and holidays.
