  • Develop, implement, and coordinate quality assurance programs to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality systems, providing technical support to various teams.
  • Lead the policy deployment process within the quality assurance function.
  • Manage and oversee the quality management system.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Actively participate in market and management teams, contributing to overall business success.
  • Foster an operating culture that promotes involvement, communication, expectations, and accountability.
  • Lead problem-solving teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the AS9100 and NADCAP Management Representative.
  • Champion health and safety initiatives within the quality functions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong metallurgical background, preferably with previous experience in stainless steel or other steel alloys.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with expertise in lean manufacturing and/or six sigma techniques.
  • Proficient in problem-solving techniques and various quality tools and systems.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
