As a Quality Manufacturing Associate at OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and process efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting formal root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions using advanced quality tools.
  • Leading the resolution of internal non-conforming materials through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Executing experiments and implementing process changes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Developing and updating necessary documentation to maintain safe and robust processes.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred (consideration given to Mechanical or Industrial Engineers).
  • Proficiency in Minitab and SAP.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Certification as a Quality Engineer by the American Society of Quality preferred.
  • Training in Lean/Six Sigma Principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Background in statistics and quality tools.
  • Familiarity with SPC principles and application to batch processes.
