Client: Our esteemed client, a leading organization with numerous accolades and a global presence, is seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Quality Assurance Manager.

Job Description: Our client, an industry leader with a history of excellence, is looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to play a pivotal role in their manufacturing operations. This role involves providing leadership and support across all levels of the production process, with a focus on achieving operational excellence, maintaining superior product quality, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of an effective quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to analyze and enhance existing procedures for improved product quality.
  • Actively support manufacturing departments on the ground, providing hands-on assistance.
  • Manage internal and external quality audits and formulate responses to customer audits.
  • Standardize methods for product inspection and testing in alignment with customer, industry, and government standards.
  • Drive proactive quality improvement projects and employ standard root cause analysis tools.
  • Support the implementation of the SAP Quality Management module to optimize quality planning, inspection, and control.
  • Utilize quality and operations data to drive positive change and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Initiate and coordinate meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change in a matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with APQP methodology, including PPAP, FMEA, GR&R, Process Validation, and Control Plans.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and OPS tools.
  • Proficient in computer and data management; SAP and ERP experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter capable of managing multiple challenges and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Six Sigma black belt or green belt certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
