Shifts Available and Hours:

  • Monday-Friday Days (1st) – 6:30 am – 3 pm or Evenings (2nd) – 2:30 pm – 11 pm

Shift Premium: 2nd Shift – $2.00/hour extra

Job Summary: The Advanced Control Systems Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing production equipment. This role involves diagnosing equipment through advanced control systems logic and prioritizing work orders, utilizing the MVP system.

Required Experience:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting advanced control systems.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in understanding and editing advanced control systems logic.
  • Ability to interpret Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic schematic diagrams.
  • Familiarity with Auto-CAD electrical is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a passion for mentoring others in advanced control systems logic.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Highly motivated for success in a service-oriented maintenance department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment using advanced control systems logic.
  2. Modify electrical control wiring layouts.
  3. Create and adjust HMI controls.
  4. Repair/replace components of heavy equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  5. Execute assigned work orders for repairing and replacing heavy equipment components.
  6. Research necessary supplies, parts, and machines for completing work orders.
  7. Collaborate with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot instrument and control system issues.
  8. Work with engineering personnel to implement routine changes to programming on control systems.
  9. Lead or support projects involving advanced control systems by overseeing contractors or directly contributing to programming efforts.

Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation Available
