Job Title: Dynamic Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Ortho & Lymphedema Location: Dorchester, MA

Requirements:

  1. Physical Therapist License, Commonwealth of MA
  2. Demonstrated experience in Ortho & Lymphedema
  3. BLS for Healthcare Workers from either AHA or American Red Cross
  4. Bachelors/Masters or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Nice-To-Haves:

  1. APTA and APTA MA membership preferred.

Job Description: Embark on an exciting career journey as a Physical Therapist with our esteemed client. Working closely with the Rehabilitation Therapies Supervisor/Manager, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of outpatient clients with physical and functional deficits. Plan and implement individual/group physical therapy treatments to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, restore function, prevent permanent disability, and regain independence, employing various treatment techniques. Collaborate with diverse disciplines to coordinate appropriate follow-up care, ensuring a successful return to home and work environments. Additionally, contribute to student training according to departmental guidelines and actively engage in continuous education.
