Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation
Our client, a leading provider in the rehabilitation services industry, is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist / PT to join their dynamic team. This award-winning client has a nationwide presence with numerous accolades for their commitment to patient-centered care and rehabilitation excellence.
- Apply your expertise in physical therapy to assess patients, devise treatment plans, and contribute to their daily progress.
- Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support patients’ recovery.
- Communicate patient progress or challenges to supervisors and team members.
- Assist with patient scheduling and daily posting of charges to patient records.
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and accrediting bodies.
- Instruct patients’ families or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean work area.
- Make presentations to support marketing efforts, participate in team conferences, and in-services.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Minimum of one year of preferred physical therapy experience.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
