Position: MRO ANALYST  Location: Lafayette, Indiana

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to comprehend and interpret contract language effectively.
  • Document the terms and conditions of contracts in the specified digital format.
  • Assess the impact of each contract term on profitability.
  • Engage in the commercial restructuring of contracts for optimal outcomes.
  • Take ownership of End-to-End Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Forecast maintenance costs and failures of aircraft engines for long-term service contracts at part number, module, and engine levels.
  • Analyze medium to large datasets to address data discrepancies, conduct root cause assessments, identify trends, and make projections.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide support for initiatives and internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Aerospace/Gas Turbine domain, with a solid understanding of aircraft engine architecture and hardware.
  • Proficiency in Reliability Engineering and Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Fleet modeling and Contract Margin Reviews.
  • Quick learning capability is essential.
  • Experience in handling medium to large datasets related to field issues, flight operations, and statistical analysis, with proficiency in post-processing using pivot table/graph/chart functionality in Excel.
  • Exposure to statistical tools and their application to large datasets.
  • Preference for Weibull experience (creation and interpretation).
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English communication (oral and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Data analytical skills and tools expertise.
  • A team player with the ability to meet tight customer deadlines consistently.
  • Capable of handling multiple clients and customer requirements.
