Job Description:
Our client is looking for an MRI Technologist to join their dynamic team. As an MRI Technician, you will be responsible for conducting Magnetic Resonance examinations as per physician orders, utilizing advanced MRI equipment, and ensuring optimal image quality. You will need to adapt your approach to accommodate individual patient needs, taking into consideration factors such as age and specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician directives.
- Operate state-of-the-art MRI equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Tailor imaging techniques to meet individual patient needs.
- Uphold the organization’s commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational qualifications that meet certification, licensing, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License or equivalent.
- National Provider BLS (American Heart Association).
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent.
- National Certified MRI Technologist – American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists or equivalent.
- New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARRT or ARMRIT) within 6 months of hire.
- New graduates must obtain a temporary license and secure a permanent license within 6 months of hire.
