  • Provide technical expertise and guidance for major manufacturing projects, collaborating with internal/external partners to enhance productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Evaluate major systems and coordinate their integration within the total plant framework.
  • Direct suppliers to analyze current or proposed product/process designs for feasibility and potential modifications.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to manufacturing engineers and operators, fostering the development of high-quality products and processes.

Experience Requirement:

  • Manage large-scale capital projects, including concept development, project funding, and execution.

Top Candidates May Have:

  • Manufacturing experience related to cast materials, machining, and process control documentation.
