Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation

Our client, a renowned industry leader with multiple Award-Winning Clients across various locations, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair industrial manufacturing equipment within a diverse production environment.
  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
  • Interpret and understand complex wiring schematics.
  • Conduct PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Utilize advanced test equipment for identifying and resolving electrical issues (Multimeter, Megger, thermography, etc.).
  • Demonstrate expertise in industrial 3-phase equipment, controls, VFD drives, PLC, and various control devices (e.g., Allen Bradley, ABB, and Foxboro).
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment up to 480V.
  • Calibrate 4-20 MA instruments and other low-voltage systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Safety, GMP’s, health code regulations, NEC, NFPA standards, and Food Safety Policies.


  • Oregon Electricians License
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd), weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools (TPM & Lean Manufacturing)
  • Experience with high-speed packaging lines and production equipment in food processing, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Preferred familiarity with SAP
