Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation

As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of various tasks within your designated area. Your duties will include:

  • Operating motorized vehicles with components used for the movement or lifting of products, equipment, or materials within and amongst diverse destinations (warehouses, storage yards, plant factories, railroad stations, offices, etc.).
  • Strict adherence to corporate policies and procedures related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (FSQR).
  • Performing general maintenance work to install and maintain process equipment and structures. Demonstrating a fundamental knowledge of welding, pipe fitting, pump work, machinery, heating and plumbing, etc.
  • Applying skills and knowledge to one or more products, processes, areas, or machines. Exhibiting a thorough understanding of the process workflow and handling assignments where judgment is required to resolve issues and make recommendations.


Our client requires that candidates be a minimum of 18 years old, legally entitled to work in the respective country, and possess the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Additionally:

  • Capability to work under special conditions, such as extreme heat or cold.
  • Proficiency in reading/writing English.
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Physical capability for bending/stooping, climbing ladders, valve operation, shoveling, and working in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in elevated areas.
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and heavy equipment.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in production-related work.
  • Skills in maintenance trades, including electrical, machinist, welding, pipe fitting, fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems.
  • Experience with Maintenance Repair Ops (MRO) and/or Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
  • Familiarity with industrial safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of the Maintenance Reliability process (predictive and preventative maintenance) and Predictive Technologies.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Training and experience in automation control, boiler, and steam systems.
  • Welding certification and/or other trade experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings.
