Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations by providing guidance to pharmacists and mentoring non-clinical associates.
  • Optimize facility production in compliance with applicable regulations and encourage cost-effective drug utilization.
  • Coordinate scheduling and set standards of practice for both clinical and non-clinical associates.
  • Provide work direction, training, and development for associates.
  • Collaborate with various functional areas to lead the development of technical process updates.
  • Chair project teams and actively contribute to performance reviews.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of staffing models based on dynamic business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the pharmacy tech lead to enhance workflow operations efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered pharmacist with at least 3 years of experience in infusion operations or equivalent.
  • Current valid state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh).
  • Must hold a current active unrestricted license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Location restrictions apply as per state and federal laws.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Additional out-of-state licensures or a willingness to obtain them is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in infusion operations or related pharmacy experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience in EnterpriseRX is advantageous.
