Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and inform decision-making processes with discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the domain of capital markets.
  • Work closely with technology teams to translate discreet business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Act as a bridge between various departments, maintaining confidential communication to ensure project alignment.
  • Assist in discreet project planning, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a low profile.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation discreetly, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer in a confidential manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Lead in the Capital Markets domain.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of investment banking products, pricing, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a discreet approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a discreet, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results discreetly.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis frameworks.
  • Ability to work discreetly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
