Our Award Winning Client is actively seeking a skilled IT Change and Configuration Manager to join their dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, onsite position with paid relocation available for the right candidate.

Spearhead corporate IT infrastructure policy, standards, and procedures related to change management.
Oversee and govern the enterprise configuration management database, utilizing expertise in ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CMDB) design and data management.
Analyze and approve incoming change requests to CMDB and core foundation data.
Facilitate weekly change management meetings for the Infrastructure group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Drive the design and organization of CMDB data through the common service data model, discovery, and service mapping.
Own and maintain the corporate IT change process for Infrastructure, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards.
Conduct end-user training on a periodic basis, enhancing team capabilities and awareness.
Act as a ServiceNow and CMDB champion within corporate IT (GIS) and business units.
Collaborate as a key member of the core ServiceNow team, leading CMDB and change management initiatives.
Document policies, standards, and processes effectively, contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture.
Participate as a project team member on initiatives related to areas of responsibility.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow CMDB.
Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow foundation data/tables.
Experience with Microsoft Office and O365 tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB in areas such as Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Discovery, Service Mapping, Patterns, and Data Manager.
Experience with ITSM processes, especially Change Management.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holders only apply.
Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
ServiceNow Service Request Development experience.
Project Management Experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, problem-solving oriented with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills.
