Position Title: Radiologic Technologist – Floating Role
Location: Person Memorial, Roxboro, NC, and Maria Parham, Henderson, NC

Job Description:
As a Radiologic Technologist in this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography imaging at various facilities. This position involves floating between multiple locations, including Person Memorial in Roxboro, NC, and Maria Parham in Henderson, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography imaging procedures.
- Review patient history and physician’s directives.
- Provide patient education on procedures and equipment.
- Safely administer contrast media and/or medications within the scope of practice.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly.
- Prepare equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe imaging environment.
- Analyze imaging results, addressing any quality issues.
- Enter, transmit, and report scan results in the Electronic Health Record.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- AART registered in Radiology, including Computed Tomography (CT) certification.
- Preferred: MRI registry.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience in magnetic resonance imaging and CAT scan is advantageous.
