Position: HVAC Technician I or II

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and troubleshoot equipment failures on various customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Air Conditioners, chillers, boilers, and/or oil-free air compressors at the service center.
- Set up and operate equipment on job sites either independently or in collaboration with other technicians.
- Provide top-notch technical assistance to clients for all equipment-related needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED
- 4-7 years of experience in the field, working on refrigeration, chillers, and AC equipment
- Solid electrical background with proficiency in reading schematics
- Potential requirement to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card based on customer needs
- Valid driver’s license
Screening Questions:
- What is your experience level in commercial HVAC?
- Describe the size of chillers and AC units you have worked on.
- How many years of electrical experience do you possess, and what voltages have you worked with?
- Are you comfortable with local travel up to 90% of the time?
- Do you have experience with air compressors, and if so, what sizes?
Interview Process:
- Initial interview with the recruiter
- Subsequent interview with the hiring manager (virtual or in-person based on availability)
- Interview with Lead Technician
