Job Description:

Excitingly, Our Award-Winning Client is looking for a skilled Finishing Process Engineer to contribute to their Rolled Products and Extrusions Manufacturing Technology and Engineering (MTE) Team. This dynamic role involves optimizing process equipment, resolving Finishing process issues, and driving efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance process equipment for improved quality and capacity.
  • Resolve Finishing process issues and lead problem-solving teams.
  • Develop and deploy best practices for Finishing processes.
  • Maintain relationships with Finishing equipment vendors.
  • Provide engineering support for capital improvement projects.
  • Sponsor, participate, and lead development projects.
  • Offer expertise in technical assessments of facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct training on equipment, control, and processes.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in metal finishing.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holders only apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desire and ability to travel extensively (around 25-50%), including international travel.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting using Rockwell PLCs.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse cultures.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize based on specific business needs.
