Role Overview: Our esteemed client is seeking a talented professional to fill a crucial role focused on Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ). As a key team member, you will play an integral part in identifying and communicating potential impacts in the SHEQ domain, staying abreast of regulatory changes, providing essential training, and driving process optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and communicate potential impacts within the SHEQ domain.
- Stay informed about and execute regulatory changes effectively.
- Provide comprehensive training to internal stakeholders for preventative SHEQ measures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for optimizing processes.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP), incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and SHEQ management systems.
- Familiarity with SHEQ international standards, HACCP, and sustainability.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments.
- Implement behavior/culture-based safety practices.
- Conduct risk assessments effectively.
- Knowledge of HAZOP, Occupational Health & Safety, and continuous improvement using Six Sigma, DMAIC.
