Fulltime Onsite Position with Paid Relocation
Position Overview:
Our client, a leader in healthcare, is undergoing expansion, creating a need for a Director in Women’s Services. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction, ensuring the highest standards of patient care across various units, including L&D, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, NICU, and OBED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations for designated patient care departments.
- Review and approve new hires, set performance standards, and coordinate training.
- Collaborate with service line leaders to establish departmental scope, goals, and strategic plans.
- Monitor and direct all patient care activities, optimizing the patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing evaluation of programs, process improvement, and organizational outcomes.
- Ensure budgetary compliance and propose capital budget items as needed.
- Foster physician input and communication, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current State of [State] license or temporary/compact license.
- Professional Certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred.
- Five (5) years of progressive clinical experience.
