Bonus Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of an effective PACE quality program to ensure exceptional care for our client’s participants.
  • Collaborate with market QI Directors to standardize the QI program across the enterprise, fostering a unified approach.
  • Work closely with Medical Directors and QI team members on initiatives to enhance the quality of care, leveraging best practices.
  • Establish enterprise metrics in clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety, aligning with policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Oversee compliance issues, corrective action plans, and the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program in collaboration with the Compliance team.
  • Manage the grievance and appeal process, investigating quality reviews and addressing care and service concerns.
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory agencies, including the CA Department of Health Care Services and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification preferred.
  • Formal Quality Improvement and Analytics Certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting as a QI/Assurance Director or Manager.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to mentor and develop team members.
