Location: Sanford, NC– Full-time Onsite with Paid Relocation
Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare provider, is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join their team as the Director of Inpatient Nursing Services. This leadership role will play a pivotal part in overseeing clinical and procedural units within various hospital departments.
Key Qualifications and Technical Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a critical care unit.
2-3 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina (or compact state).
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Direct, organize, and supervise clinical and procedural units within the hospital.
Ensure adherence to policies, maintain safe staffing levels, and manage supplies and equipment.
Develop, implement, and manage department budgets.
Foster ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Invest in lifelong learning for staff professional development.
Communicate important information to senior leadership members as needed.
