Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Director of Cardiovascular Services in Las Cruces, NM.
Licensure and Education:
Active or eligible New Mexico RN license is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) highly preferred.
Seven years of experience in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role.
Previous involvement in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable.
Proven track record in building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of cardiovascular operations, including:
Leadership and mentorship of staff.
Development and enforcement of policies and procedures.
Ensuring accreditation compliance and maintaining accountability for the program’s budget and productivity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required). MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA (highly preferred).
Experience: Seven years in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role. Previous experience in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable.
Licensure: Active New Mexico RN license.
Certification: BLS and ACLS required.
