Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation
About Our Award-Winning Client: Our client, a leader in the Healthcare/Health Services industry, is seeking a qualified professional for the following position.
POSITION SUMMARY: As an integral part of our client’s Hospital Administration team, the Administrative Director is responsible for strategic planning, organization, and direction of multiple departments and service lines on a continuous basis. Key responsibilities include effective budget management, resource utilization, recruitment, and overseeing staff management. Achieving quality outcomes, driving performance improvement, monitoring service quantity and quality, fostering positive relationships with staff and System departments, and managing equipment procurement and maintenance are critical aspects of this role. Completion of established competencies within the designated introductory period is essential.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, or Related Field
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in discipline or specialty
- Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience
- Required Certifications/Licensure: Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
- Preferred Certifications/Licensure: Specialty or Administration certification desired
- Required Certifications/Completions (e.g., CPR): BLS–Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network

IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this role must bring experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Post-partum, or a combination of all three. It is important not to discuss the compensation rate with potential candidates.
