  • Develop and execute training and educational programs for ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) in accordance with our client’s standards.
  • Coordinate home training, ensuring regular follow-ups with patients on a monthly and as-needed basis.
  • Oversee the evaluation of patient care, aligning with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and our client’s CQI program.
  • Implement and maintain standards of care, delivering patient services that meet our client’s requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Education Coordinator to plan and conduct training and assessments for patient care staff.
  • Coordinate the implementation of DCI, CQI, and Risk Management Programs in partnership with the Quality and Risk Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the Medical Director, Social Worker, Dietitian, Charge Nurses, Technical Managers, Staff Nurses, and Technicians to address specific patient care issues.
  • Encourage open communication between staff, administration, physicians, and patients.
  • Integrate unit activities related to patient care, staff education, research projects, and unit expansions with the Clinic Operations Director and Medical Director.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to supervise Nursing, Social Work, Dietitian, and Technical staff.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with our client’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Perform tasks such as interviewing, hiring, training employees, and appraising performance in coordination with the Area Operations Director.
