Position: Dialysis Nurse Manager – Chronic Clinic

Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare leader, is seeking a skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager for their Chronic Clinic. This is a full-time onsite position with paid relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing comprehensive training and educational programs for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients.
  • Coordinating home training and ensuring regular follow-ups of patients on a monthly and as-needed basis.
  • Overseeing the review and evaluation of patient care in alignment with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, and our client’s specific clinic requirements.
  • Developing and implementing high standards of care, delivering patient care according to ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s CQI program, and the individual clinic’s specifications.
  • Collaborating with the Education Coordinator to plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff.
  • Coordinating the implementation of DCI, CQI, and Risk Management Programs with the Quality and Risk Manager.
  • Collaborating with the Medical Director, Social Worker, Dietitian, Charge Nurses, Technical Managers, Staff Nurses, and Technicians to address specific challenges in patient care, including modality selection.
  • Encouraging open and free communication between staff, administration, physicians, and patients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the Medical Director to supervise Nursing, Social Work, Dietitian, and Technical staff.
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities following the clinic’s policies and procedures and applicable laws.
  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees; scheduling; appraising performance in coordination with the Area Operations Director.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Dialysis Experience
