Full-time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation

- Proficient in various drilling operations, including solid stem, casing, down-the-hole hammer operations, hollow bar, and hollow stem auger drilling techniques.
- Experience as a Superintendent in Geotechnical Construction.
- Mechanical aptitude is highly desirable.
- Possession of a Class A CDL license is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years in geotechnical construction.
Qualifications: Our award-winning client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee diverse drilling operations. This includes but is not limited to solid stem, casing, down-the-hole hammer operations, hollow bar, and hollow stem auger drilling techniques. As a Superintendent, you will manage the setup, operation, and coordination of drilling rigs, along with overseeing designated drillers. Mobilization to construction sites, project setup, and comprehensive project management are key aspects of this role. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in geotechnical construction.
Key Responsibilities: This hands-on position involves on-site project supervision, including managing field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production. Duties encompass studying plans and specifications, overseeing skilled craft workers and laborers, procuring tools and materials, resolving issues through collaboration with staff, and preparing detailed progress reports, logs, and inspection reports.
TRAVEL: Frequent day and overnight travel is required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs to the drill rig as required.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Assist in moving drilling rigs and equipment between sites.
- Set up construction sites.
- Manage on-site personnel.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Superintendent in Geotechnical Construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Class A CDL license is advantageous.
- Successful completion of company background checks, including drug screening.
- Excellent driving record within company standards.
