If you’re a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of experience in physician practice management or equivalent, possessing a strong analytical aptitude for financial data, and a proven track record in building service lines and managing practice operations, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned physician practice clinics, ensuring efficient processes to meet volume and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with LCPP Administration, Hospital Administration, clinic managers, and hospital directors on a daily basis.
- Manage quality metrics, conduct education and training related to these metrics, and ensure the achievement of quality goals.
- Assist with budget preparation for clinics and oversee the Las Cruces Physician Services Cardiology Service Line.
- Facilitate relationships with clinic providers and contribute to the overall success of the healthcare organization.
- Strong understanding of the revenue cycle.
- Experience in cardiovascular program development.
- Proficient in rapid implementation of processes.
- Proven ability in financial data analysis.
- Expertise in building service lines and practice operations.
