Position Overview:

We are seeking a Finance/Accounting Analyst to support our client’s financial operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial assistance to support client’s financial management.
  • Maintain detailed records of financial projects, including expenses and capital.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual plans.
  • Review and assess expenditures related to facility maintenance.
  • Execute monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Collaborate in the development of financial plans and standards.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports and project updates.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address system-related challenges.
  • Reconcile relevant ledger accounts.
  • Suggest enhancements to improve financial processes for client operations.
  • Assist in conducting financial and strategic analyses to facilitate informed decisions and investments.
  • Support cost reduction and optimize working capital.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end/year-end closing, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Minimal travel may be required (0 – 10 days per year).
  • Office-based work environment.
