Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance/Accounting Analyst to support our client’s financial operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide financial assistance to support client’s financial management.
- Maintain detailed records of financial projects, including expenses and capital.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual plans.
- Review and assess expenditures related to facility maintenance.
- Execute monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Collaborate in the development of financial plans and standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports and project updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address system-related challenges.
- Reconcile relevant ledger accounts.
- Suggest enhancements to improve financial processes for client operations.
- Assist in conducting financial and strategic analyses to facilitate informed decisions and investments.
- Support cost reduction and optimize working capital.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end/year-end closing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Minimal travel may be required (0 – 10 days per year).
- Office-based work environment.
