Job Summary:

As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, and Construction to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. Collaborating with a talented team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and fellow team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop detailed design drawings, electronic models, specifications, reports, and schedules using cutting-edge technology.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Prepare technical proposals and manage project finances to ensure profitability.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges within the electrical discipline.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant codes and regulations, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor project timelines and resource utilization to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Present solutions to stakeholders, including senior management, with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering design within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Revit and computational analysis tools for fault analysis and lighting design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred.
  • Experience in sectors like Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and Stadiums highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
