  • Act as a consultant to the home nursing facility, nursing staff, and physicians.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including The Joint Commission and the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Promote efficient operations within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preference in nursing).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
  • Current state registration or eligibility.
  • BLS certification.
  • Any other certifications required for staff nurses in the managed area.
