Our Award-Winning Client is in search of a skilled professional to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, execution of CAPEX budgets, and leadership experience. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the strategic capability and overall success of the organization.
- Lead a team of 6-7 members responsible for critical business support functions such as Asset Management, Fleet Sales, and Warranty Claims.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of the annual CAPEX budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop systems and reports to analyze data for fleet decisions, inventory management, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory agencies such as EPA and CARB. Maintain records for visibility and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist in evaluating capital investment needs, fleet disposals, and overall fleet strategy. Collaborate with global fleet teams, Purchasing, and Capital Project Managers to align strategies with business goals and budget.
- Strong financial background with CAPEX budget execution.
- Experience managing CAPEX equipment (Heavy equipment/Physical assets) worth at least $500M.
- Leadership experience, with a preference for coaching and development of Analysts.
- Proven strategic capability experience.
- 7-10 years in large national fleet management or other relevant experience.
- Degree in Finance, Management, or a business-related discipline.
- Successful track record in managing, maintaining, analyzing trends, forecasting, and effective reporting of data.
