Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of the facility, ensuring the efficient delivery of surgical services that surpass expectations. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance both clinical and financial operations.
Directing day-to-day operations, serving as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and various departments.
Reporting key activities to the Governing Board regularly.
Managing the Partnership as outlined in the Operating or Limited Partnership Agreement.
Leading discussions during Monthly Operations Review calls with the Home Office team.
Deploying and monitoring operational processes using our client’s proprietary system.
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, especially internal controls.
Managing staffing needs, operational budget, and capital budget.
Controlling the purchasing plan to stay within budget and comply with group purchasing initiatives.
Negotiating and overseeing all external contracts.
Establishing pricing for procedures based on cost analysis and local market standards.
Holding monthly staff meetings to outline facility goals and priorities.
Managing exempt and non-exempt employees in accordance with facility policies.
Reviewing employee performance and approving disciplinary actions.
Implementing a program of job-based orientation, training, and ongoing evaluation.
Administering the infection control program and medical staff review of the quality improvement program.
Processing credentialing of practitioners.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the healthcare field.
Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
